Run by our food division, EP Taste, food tours are designed to give hospitality professionals a detailed insight into new and emerging trends as they happen. Currently covering Soho, Shoreditch and Fitzrovia, with 7-8 venues each time, they give busy participants the opportunity to experience a range of concepts in one afternoon.
We’d typically have a taster in most venues and a chat with the manager where possible, about the concept, how it came about, the customers, what’s popular etc, to give more of an insight.
Tours finish with a light dinner and a drink together, to round off an interesting and informative afternoon in casual, sociable way.
Tours work best with 6-12 people, and from 3-6pm, although we can be flexible. Themes range from general, to coffee and patisserie, to single-concept, new openings only or a general mix – we tailor them to you.
