Clare has over 10 years experience within both premium high street brands and contract catering operations. In 2005 Clare created Root, a high-end breakfast and lunch deli in the city of London, and has since consulted for a number of clients on concept and menu development, marketing and brand identity, retail merchandising and operations.
Customers buy with their eyes and Clare fuses her passion for food, design and retail trends to create a boutique feel that recognizes the increased demand for a healthier, ethically sourced offer. Her operational background and open approach ensure long term sustainability.
