Heather Gibson, Editor, EP Business in Hospitality magazine
Heather has worked for Chess Executive since November 2004 and in January 2007 became Editor of EP Business in Hospitality magazine (formerly En Passant magazine). She also oversees the co-ordination of EP events including business forums and produces EP e-news.
Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. Her early career was spent working at Collins Foods Group (now Worldwide Restaurant Concepts), a multinational organisation who owns Sizzler Restaurants and is the major franchisee for KFC in Queensland.
