Karl Schorman

Karl is the Director of Kh3 International, Executive Search  He joined in 2002 and over the intervening period, he has established an extensive network throughout the wider hospitality and leisure sectors.  In all, Karl has accumulated over 26 years commercial recruitment experience, including over 20 years experience of sourcing talent, managing and delivering executive search assignments.

He possesses a comprehensive range of skills and expertise in handling Board and director level appointments in a variety of management disciplines, from operations to sales, marketing, finance, human resources and general management, across all sectors of the hospitality and leisure industries.  These include hotels, restaurants, foodservice, event catering, pubs and bars, visitor attractions and commercial leisure businesses.

An hotel management graduate, Karl’s early career saw him gain operational experience with an international hotel company at a variety of locations.  He subsequently decided to pursue a career in commercial recruitment in the hospitality and leisure industries, leading to his direct involvement in the discipline of executive search.
