Neal is a supportive, flexible and commercially astute HR consultant and executive coach with over 30 years of business experience, 14 years at Board level, covering all aspects of HR, Management Development, Training and Customer Service

Neal started his career in catering operations and then moved into HR & Training with such companies as United Biscuits, the Mecca Leisure Group, the Rank Organisation and latterly the Gala Coral Group.

During his career Neal has introduced many highly successful culture change, leadership and employee engagement programmes and has won several major national awards. These include a National Training Award and, as Group HR Director with Gala Coral, a regular place in the Sunday Times list of ‘Top 20 Best Companies’.

As a consultant Neal has worked across a range of sectors and organisations (retail, leisure, charity, catering, gaming and education) providing individual insight and awareness leading to behavioural and organisational change in order to enhance business performance.  He creates bespoke solutions to help individuals, teams and organisations achieve their personal and business goals.

Neal has an MA in Strategic HR, holds an ICF/EMCC accredited Diploma in Executive Coaching and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
