Live it. Feel it. Evolve it.

Peter graduated from the renowned Shannon College of Hotel Management and managed, variously, 8 hotels in the UK ranging in size from 120 rooms to 900 rooms. Subsequently, he spent over 20 years in multi-unit Director roles with Forte Plc., Macdonald Hotels and Arora Hotels.
He completed an MBA at Oxford Brookes in 2001 and his dissertation explored ways to overcome the tension between high levels of service with similarly high expectations of profit performance in the hospitality industry. Very useful conclusions emerged from this work and ever since then he has developed the theme and applied it to all those business he has run, with very positive results. He now wants to use this expertise with EP: Business Evolution to assist businesses to achieve optimum performance.
Peter’s achievements include being one of the first hoteliers to receive a Caterer and Hotelkeeper Catey for “Hotel of the Year” after the Award’s inception following in the footsteps of the first winners, Gleneagles and Grosvenor House, London. He has run 5 of the largest hotels in the UK and most recently, the Sofitel at Heathrow’s Terminal 5. Here, Peter’s approach has helped the hotel to be awarded Business Traveller (Europe) “Best New Business Hotel Worldwide” in 2009 and Business Traveller (USA) “Best Airport Hotel Worldwide” in 2010, all within 2 years of opening.
