Suzanna Hunter

Suzanna has recruited for the hospitality sector for 15 years and is one of the founding Directors of Chess Partnership, the Contingency Recruitment division of Chess Executive.

Having worked in operational roles in her early career, Suzanna moved into recruitment and has developed an extensive network across the industry focusing upon contract catering, facilities management and international hotels.
Suzanna’s strengths lie in listening and coaching individuals, drawing upon her extensive experience, providing realistic and practical advice on how to develop a successful career at all levels.

Suzanna has also worked with teams to build greater self awareness, improve team cohesion leading to improved business performance.

Since 2000, Suzanna has developed strong links with key universities and colleges, including Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Oxford Brookes University and Leith’s School of Food and Wine. Suzanna is a Mentor within the Oxford Brookes University Mentoring Scheme and works closely with students and graduates of EHL.
