A New Zealand Cooking Experience – 2nd November 2017
EP and New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NTZE) brought a community together at Aveqia for a fun filled and delicious interactive cooking experience showcasing the best produce New Zealand has to offer.
The country is a proud producer of an array of exciting, top quality and innovative food and beverage products. EP and NZTE have a strong relationship in supporting New Zealand produce and businesses entering and expanding within the hospitality industry.
Guests, made up of hospitality leaders and New Zealand suppliers, joined forces to create a delicious New Zealand themed three course dinner which was perfectly paired with wonderful wines, beers and gin.
Hospitality thrives on innovation and exceptional food. With a menu that included wagyu beef, venison, manuka honey, king salmon, greenshell mussels and silere merino lamb, guests were substantially spoilt with fun being had by all.
The best friendships are cemented around great food and drink.
